MRP has always remained very customer oriented in its approach. That's why a detailed customer analysis of buyer preferences is done by MRP before processing of an order. Through this information MRP is able to determine which type of rice the buyer wants and how he wants it. |

At present there are 2 Plant Units in the MATCO Rice Processing Factory. A single unit's processing capacity is 5 tons rice per hr. The plants have been installed by Satake-Japan. FALAK® is processed with utmost care and efficiency. MATCO ensures that the international quality standards are met in the entire processing. Only the selected grains of rice are processed to become FALAK® basmati the "Princess of Basmati The process is highly automated and complex, it involves the following steps. |

Storage and fumigation
Only the selected crop is properly stored and fumigated as per the international standards to protect to from the harmful effects of the changing atmosphere and pests. |

Cleaning
In the cleaning all the large impurities and the dust from the field are removed in this section. |

De-stoning
All stones, big or small are effectively removed from the rice in this section. |

Paddy separation
Here any un-husked paddy present in brown or white rice. |

Thickness/width grading
Grains are graded with respect to their thickness resulting in the separation of contrasting variety and foreign grains. |

Whitening
Here the brown and the under milled rice is milled to improve the whiteness. |

Mist polishing
The adhered bran layer is removed to give rice a brilliant look and a silky touch. This kind of polishing also improves the shelf life and the taste of the rice. |

Length grading
Different sets of length graders are employed to have stringent control over the broken percentage and average grain length. |

Color grading
All discolored grains, even that of a small variation, are electronically removed using the state of the art Stake "Color Sorter". |

Weighing & packing
Consistent & accurate weighting and packing in all sizes in done automatically. |
