Ingredients to Make 4 Servings:
» 200g of FALAK® rice
» 1 1/2 cups water (360ml)
 
Method:
Rinse FALAK® rice with cold water to remove excess starch a small saucepan, bring 1 1/2 cups water to the boil. Add the 200g of FALAK® rice and bring it to the boil. Reduce to a very low heat, cover with a tight lid and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve.
Hint: For saffron rice, add 1 tsp. saffron at step 2.
